These line items showed up recently on my Lebara Switzerland account page:

I’ve asked Lebara Switzerland about it twice, but they’ve ignored the requests so far. Any idea what to do about this?

The charges incurred above are for the ‘Internet Package’ you are using. I believe you opted for the ‘Lebara Surf’ package by texting ‘Surf’ to 255, that is why the payment detail says ‘Premium SMS’. Please let me know if you need any more information.
